…. and today She started with “just one” The list of what we “should” do to be “healthy” is long these days.Today – just start with one. If you have missed your morning meditation , or your 30 minutes of exercise, your shot of apple cider vinegar , the green juice , your hug from someone important . your night-before planning -your-day session … and on and on… it’s ok.
