Brushing tips:
1.Always start on the bottom of your feet!
2.Brushing behind the knee will help to stimulate the lymph nodes for better lymphatic flow and detoxification
4.Try to brush each area up to 7 times.
4, Try brushing daily, but at least 5-6 times a week.
Its important to know that it takes time to build a habit and see results. Stick to what you know you can do, and do that consistently and you will see a great results.
